good workout today
video from this workout plenty of warming up 12'' Log Clean & press warm up sets not listed 230 got the clean but the press was not even close 210x1 PR with the 12'' log 215x1 also a pr with the 12'' log 180x5 need to find a groove on these im well on my way to my goal for this got 9 months till the competition Farmers walk (weight per hand) 150 each hand x 120 feet (turn at 60') 170x 120' 220x 120' 1 stupid really stupid drop got really fired up to hit a PR 240x 60' PR 270x 60' big PR (thinking about it i went for a walk with 540 lbs lol) note i felt like my rib popped but its all better now crucifix hold 20lbs for 30 seconds? wow i suck 30lbs for 19 seconds damm i suck at these 30 lbs for 20 seconds wow im pathetic Sandbag and keg run 150 sandbag 60' pick up 160 keg back 60 feet 3 sets best time was 19 seconds stones 150x5 205x1 (bitched out on doing more reps) 285x0 blah to tired by now 245x said it was time to go home to much time training 160lb keg for 60' what a long workout
