My goals
win peru NY strongest man Heavy weight teen class deadlift 525 Squat 425 Powerclean 275 Pushjerk 275 Log clean and press 180 lbs for 15 reps in 60 seconds! load 110,170,200,240,260 stones in under 16 seconds Current stats 475 deadlift 405 box squat Power clean 243 push jerk 243 Log press 220 with 10'' log today's workout 11//12/09 Warm up well Power Cleans bar work 95x3x2 115x2 120x5 145x5 185x5 Push jerk From the rack bar work 95x5 120x5 145x5 185x5 Box Squat to box jump 5x3 to a 4 foot ish box Face pulls 100x10 130x10 130x10 130x10 super set Cable abs pulldowns 160x10 210x8 210x8 Foam rolling and stretch was at a new gym today Edge gym in upper east side. It cost double what i pay at my current gym but they have a Olympic platform bumper plates and a full squat, 2 other power rack, plenty of bumper plates and steel plates, and other stuff my other gym does not have |

A little more inforemation I'm 6'3 220lbs I workout 2 times a week in the gym and try to do strongman training every weekend |
