thanks for the warm welcome
![]() today was a light day i only make it to the gym twice a week and do band work in the dorm twice a week did 10x10 underhand band rows with mini and monster mini superset with 10x10 pushups with monster mini band curls with monster mini 2x20 pushdowns with mini band 2x20 ab work glute activation single leg romanian deadlifts foam roll need this darn leg to heal up going to see ART maybe they can get my knots out faster then this cheap foam roller i have |

3 weeks since i did any type of lower body work
im basically starting over trying to get my body to allow me to squat with my toes pointed forward or just slightly out the lower i gointo the squat my foot will literally be forced outward kept it light front squat 225x5 back squat 225x10 last time i did lower body i did deads 495x3 from about two inches higher then normal Last edited by Jesse Polanco; 03-29-2010 at 08:23 AM. |

because i have a injury and my current squat form is compensating for it by externally rotating my hips. and i almost completely lost my ablity to rotate internally had a labral tear and basically my hips suck
notice how my toe is pointed outward in the profile picture... thats bad |
