sorry i have not updated my log

quick update

i have a acetabular labrum of the left hip torn

todays workout
310lb stone lifts

285 stone lifts

500 deadlift (fairly tired and my grip was wierd so i ended up hitching)

206x3 log press and incline presses with 156

rope pushdowns 90x20, 100x20
facepulls 90x20, 100x10
rope curls 100x20

curling my way to victory
