vids from the workout
strongman day warm up Log Clean once and press for reps 180x5 180x5 180x6 Volume PR 180x3 used a rehband belt and my powerbelt and it went up effortlessly Trap bar deadlift 265x3 495 snatch work worked on my snatch form for like a half hour high bar close stance Squat 135x3 225x3 275x3 Sandbag run 200lb sandbag 140 feet 24 seconds 200lb sandbag 140feet 20 seconds PR stones (this was fun) a bunch of load and unloading with 200-245lb stone then a stone loading series 205, 220, 245, 245, 245 no tacky so it was really hard to grip them a PR Last edited by Jesse Polanco; 12-07-2009 at 04:07 PM. |

thanks guys hopefully i can get my snatch to 225 and my clean and jerk to 300 someday and then i will be happy

fairly good workout today
warm up sets not listed close grip Incline bench 205x1 225x failed midway up Close grip decline bench 225x5 PR 185x11 PR failed 12th rep hang Snatch and a lot of overhead squatting worked up to 95lbs for a few sets of 2 hang clean and jerk 135 5x2 underhand grip pulldowns 180x7 200x7 PR for this grip Last edited by Jesse Polanco; 12-08-2009 at 12:14 AM. |
