In the world of Strongman it takes forever to set up the events. And when your a little novice like Jesse, its hard to work in sets when guys warm up with your max weights

Little update i have a small fever so i wont be doing much working out this week

feeling better almost 100% now, had a light training session last night
Hang Cleans 8x3 with 135 Front Squats (first time in a long tim doing these) 5x3 with 185 felt heavy and awquared Push jerk 3x3 135 strict press 2x3 135 Cable abs pulldowns 150lbs x20 Skull chrushers 70lbs x20 meh w/e will do some light deadlift sunday to get back into it... not training events today |
