Slept in a bit this morning. 227.2lbs

Two scoops AX Supersize and one scoop AX Ultra Reps...AXcell in my cup during workot.

About 10 minutes of various upper body and rotator cuff warm ups

Bench
Bar/20, 20, 135/10, 225/5, 275/3, 295/3, 315/2, 225/20*

I have to use a fairly close grip due to past shoulder issues but lbs heading in the right direction.

Db upright rows
30s/15, 40s/12, 50s/12

Curl grip bb rows
Bar/20, 135/15, 225/12, 255/10, 10

Band pushdown
green band/50

Good workout to start the year!

Strong numbers Karim ... Do you find close grip easy on shoulders. I did hurt my shoulder some time back and found it really difficult to bench. Just did it today after 2-3 weeks ... Keep charging hard brother ...

Late start to workout tonight and had to share training room with a sports team having a conditioning session.

Warm up
25 jumping jacks
25 bw squats
20 bw lunges
20 fire hydrants

Squats
bar/10, 135/10, 225/5, 5(pause reps), 275/5,5, 300/5
(full range, back was ok, no pain)

Reverse hypers
60/10, 80/10, 10, 10

Hanging leg raise
bw/10, 10

Box jumps
40"/5, 5, 5


Happy with the feel of my squats. Technique getting better, back getting better, legs looking better. Can't wait to be 100% and off prep so these training weights can shoot up.
