Thank you very much. A little over 3 weeks from bodybuilding competition...trying to keep intensity high but must focus on being safe. Can't afford another injury right now.

Lower body warm up 50 jumping jacks 25 bw squats 10 bw lunges each 10 fire hydrants each Squats Bar/10, 10, 135/5, 5, 225/3, 3, 275/3, 3, 135/27(full range pause at bottom, pain free!!) ![]() Reverse hypers bw/20, 26lb kb/10, 10, 10 Seated leg curl 210/7, 240/5(3 second pause contraction) Standing side bends 35/10ea, 45/10ea Very happy about not feeling any back pain during squats, hopefully I can keep improving and get back up to respectable lbs.
