3 second pause at bottom, form feels spot on.

Leg press

Weighted step ups
90lbs x 10, 10, 10

Seated calf raise
3-45s x 20, 5-45s x 20, 20, 20

Very tough workout today. Not feeling well at all and experiencing pretty bad lower back and left knee pain. Wasn't sure if I'd be able to train at all. After a very long warm up, stretching, and foam rolling session, I was able to squat but couldnt do much else. Leg press was very light for that reason and had to cut workout short.

Still having lower back pain so had to limit my selection today. The presses felt the best ever!!!! No pain or discomfort. Paused for 2 seconds on floor presses, just about 5 on bench.
