Pain free military pressing!!! That AJR is good stuff!

Saturday 3/9
Week 7, Day 1 Explosion Squats Bar x 10, 135 x 5, 225 x 3, 245 x 1, 270 x 2, 2, 2, 2, 2 3 second pause at bottom, form feels spot on. Leg press 315 x 10, 495 x 10, 10, 10 Weighted step ups 90lbs x 10, 10, 10 Seated calf raise 3-45s x 20, 5-45s x 20, 20, 20 Very tough workout today. Not feeling well at all and experiencing pretty bad lower back and left knee pain. Wasn't sure if I'd be able to train at all. After a very long warm up, stretching, and foam rolling session, I was able to squat but couldnt do much else. Leg press was very light for that reason and had to cut workout short.

Sunday 3/10
Week 7, Day 2 Heavy Bench Floor press 135 x 20, 225 x 10, 275 x 1, 300 x1, 310 x 1, 320 x 1 Pause bench 135 x 5, 225 x 3, 3, 3 Lying db extension 35s x 12, 45s x 10, 10 Pushdown 100 x20, 120 x 15, 15 Still having lower back pain so had to limit my selection today. The presses felt the best ever!!!! No pain or discomfort. Paused for 2 seconds on floor presses, just about 5 on bench.
