Week 5, Day 4
OHP 75 x 15, 95 x 12, 135 x 5, 140 x 5, 145 x 5 Incline db flyes 45s x 10, 55s x 10, 65s x 10 Chins bw x 12, 12, 12 Barbell curls 95 x 8, 115 x 8, 8 Seated calf raise 3 plates x 20, 4 plates x 20, 5 plates x 20, 20 Short and sweet. Not my favorite day(squats & deads are) but good session.

Saturday afternoon
Week 6, Day 1 Heavy Squats Squats 135 x 5, 185 x 5, 225 x 3, 275 x 3, 315 x 1, 345 x 2, 2, 2 Stiff leg deads 135 x 8, 225 x 8, 275 x 8, 325 x 8 Leg press 495 x 15, 675 x15, 855 x 15 Lying leg curl 110 x 25, 25 Hypers bw x 25, 25 6 days of work this week, not much sleep, on fumes, but not gonna miss squat day. I must say I'm a little down about my squats. Yes Im progressing but I just feel like the weights should be moving easier, I guess. I have adjusted my stance a bit by bringing my feet a bit closer, it does feel more natural, my depth has improved(its a long way down 37"-38" inseam), I just want to explode off the floor!!!! 500lbs seems like a 1,000,000 right now. Ran out of SuperSize, so my pre w/o stack has been Slim FX, Ultra Reps, 3 Mass FX, AXcell and Trisorbagen.

Sunday morning
Week 6, Day 2 Reps Bench Incline bench 135 x 8, 185 x 8, 225 x 8*(goal was 6) Incline db press 70s x 20, 70s x 20(last was 20, 14) One arm db rows 100 x 10, 140 x 10, 140 x 10 EZ bar nose krushers 2-25s x 15, 2-45s x 12, 10 Two arm db front raise(palms down) 30s x 10, 35s x10, 10 Pleased with today's workout. Shoulders and elbows feelin much better!! Now home for Chocolate chip pancakes, eggs and turkey bacon!!!
