Week 5, Day 1
Rep Squats Squat bar x 10, 135 x 10, 225 x 5, 275 x 3, 315 x 1, 325 x 6 Wide stance good mornings 135 x 8, 205 x 8, 205 x 8 Walking lunges 2-45 lb plates, 3 sets of 16 steps Squats 135 x 50 ![]() Standing cable crunch 80 x 10, 10, 10 Those 50 rep squats are a killer!!!! Had to picked up off the floor afterwards.

bw-238.0lbs Explosion Deads Sumo from floor 135 x 10, 225 x 5, 315 x 1, 355 x 2, 2, 2, 2, 2, 2 Snatch grip from rack 300 x 12, 12, 12 Squats(narrow stance) 135 x 8, 225 x 8, 8, 8 Back extensions bw x 25, 25 It's a shame that I have to cut this workout short every week, but my work schedule is nuts. Narrow stance squats are gonna take some getting used to, felt good though.
