Sunday 2/10
Cube Week3, Day 2 bw 235lbs Various warm ups and stretches, foam rolling, bench jumps Squats Bar x 15, 15, 135 x 10, 185 x 5, 225 x 3, 275 x 1, 325 x 2, 2, 2, 2, 2 used the knee wraps for 2 sets, o my, what a difference!!!! Gonna take some getting used to, but awesome!!! Good mornings 135 x 8, 185 x 8, 8 Leg press 315 x 15, 585 x 20, 765 x 20, 855 x 20 ![]() Seated leg curl 200 x 20, 20 Standing cable crunch 80 x 25, then soooper cramp in my abs so didnt do last set.

Alright...Wednesday Week 3, Day 3, Cube
bw 236.6lbs Heavy Deads Day Back extension bw x 25, 25 Pull From pins(bar at mid shin) bar x 10, 10, 135 x 10, 225 x 5, 315 x 3, 365 x 2 445 x 2, 2, 2, 2, 2 Snatch grip deads(from floor) 315 x 8, 8 One arm db rows 135 x 10, 10 Up and down plank 50( took me about 4 sets!!!! damn these gassed me) Short w/o...had to get to work Back feeling so much better....Im think Im going to be ok
