Let me know what you think of them. I tried knee wraps for the first time last year after 25 years of no wraps and man the support feels nice for my old body.

Saturday 2/9
Cube Week 3, Day 1 Met up with the 3D family at The Gym in Sacramento. Really really cool being around so many top athletes and just good people. ![]() Bench Reps Incline Bench bar x 15, 15, 135 x8, 185 x8, 205 x8, 215 x8 Incline db press 65s x20, 70s x20, 14 Close grip bench 135 x 12, 225 x8, 8 These benches are not set up for normal sized adults...lift off hooks waaaaay too close to bench, very awkward. One arm db row 100 x 10, 150 x 8, 8 Cable pushdown 60 x15, 15, 15, 15(30 sec rest between sets) Standing calf raise 255 x 20, 295 x15, 15, 355 x 15, 15 Side db laterals 30s x12, 40s x 10, 10 Decent work...benches were weird but had an awesome time
