Wide stance good mornings

Walking db lunges(16 steps ea set)
35s x 16, 55s x 16, 55s x 16

Squats
135 x 50 !!!!
Hardest set of squats Ive ever done!!! Didn't think I was gonna make it.

Hanging leg raises
bw x 10, bw x 10, bw x 10


Knees and back felt really good...did some foam rolling after

Pause squats(5 seconds in the hole)
135 x 8, 135 x 8, 135 x 8....had to keep light, lower back was spent

Barbell shrugs
225 x 12, 275 x 10, 275 x 10

no belt, straps, or wraps used in the workout
Deads felt nice, ran outta time so no pulldowns(scheduled)

Pre-w/o supps...AX Mass FX, AX SuperSize, AX Ultra Reps, AX Trisorbagen


Recieved my new knee wraps from Mark Bell @ Sling Shot!!!! Can't wait to try them. Never used wraps before, looking for good things!!!!
