lil dip in the lbs...just been eating whatever since the show, will get back on macros next week.

Angry shoulders this morning so had to go lighter than I wanted.

Standing OHP(overhead press)
Bar x 20, 20, 95 x 15, 115 x 12, 12(last set felt better than the firts few)

Flat bench db fly
50s x 15, 60s x 12, 65s x 12

Seated close grip cable row
100 x 15, 200 x 12, 220 x 12, 230 x 12

Cable pushdown(small stack)
100 x 20, 130 x 20, 150 x 20, 20

Seated calf raise
3-plates x 25, 4-plates x 25, 5-plates x 20, 20

Good short bb workout, maybe 45 minutes or so. Back feels ok from deads yesterday so things are looking up. The road to 600 is looking better

pre-workout supps: AX SuperSize, AX Ultra Reps, AX AXcell, AX Mass FX, AX Trisobagen.

Not as much as they used to. I use a semi-close grip which seems to help. A year ago I'd be wanting to cry doing 185...but since I've moved my hands in I'm looking forward to 370-380ish in the near future.
