Pause squats(3secs)
135 x 5, 200 x 5, 5, 5

Standing cable crunch w/rope
60 x 50

Deads felt really good. First time using decent lbs since back injury. Real happy about that. All pulls performed w/double overhand grip, wide stance(not quite sumo, but outside of shoulders). All deficits done with no belt. Squats feelin really good! I think the box jumps are really helping. Still using Chucks for now.
