5:30am workout!!!!
bw 235.0lbs Back extensions bw x 20, 20, 20 Deficit deads 1" Bar x 15, 135 x 8, 135 x 5, 255 x 5, 315 x 3, 380 x 8 Block pulls 4" 435 x 3, 3, 3 Pause squats(3secs) 135 x 5, 200 x 5, 5, 5 Standing cable crunch w/rope 60 x 50 Deads felt really good. First time using decent lbs since back injury. Real happy about that. All pulls performed w/double overhand grip, wide stance(not quite sumo, but outside of shoulders). All deficits done with no belt. Squats feelin really good! I think the box jumps are really helping. Still using Chucks for now. Pre-wo supps AX Ultra Reps, AX SuperSize, AX AXcell
