Woooooohooooooooooooo!!!!!! Back in the gym today! First workout since the 17th. My elbows, knees, and shoulders thanked me, but Im ready to go! New goals! New routine! New mindset!

230.6lbs @ 9am (empty)

First day using the Cube

Week 1, Day 1
Heavy bench

Floor press
Bar x 15, 135 x 8, 225 x 3, 255 x 2, 2, 2, 2, 2

Bench press
195 x 15, 15

Front pulldowns
150 x 15, 250 x 12, 265 x 10, 270 x 9

Standing db hammer curl
50s x 12, 60s x 8, 8

lil pain on left elbow, but otherwise a very good workout. Great pump, energy and focus. So happy to be back at it. Now gotta eat like I mean it!

Squats felt good. Depth was on point. Lower back started to tire around set 5 but kept at it.
