227.4 this morning!!!
Looking much fuller and more vascular than Saturday. The slight increase in carbs(up to 225grams) seems to be the ticket!!! This is the home stretch, just 10 more days!!!!!! Gym was ridiculously crowded!!!! I expected this but have never seen it this bad...could hardly find a place on the floor to lift! Bench Bar/12, 135/15, 135/15, 225/15*, 225/15*, 225/15*(last 3 reps of each set, paused on chest for 3 seconds) Chins bw/15, bw/15, bw/15 Smith machine behind back shrugs 2 plates per side/15, 3pps/10, 3pps/10 Standing alt db hammer curl 50s/12, 70s/8, 70s/10 Nice short workout. Strength feels really good considering so close to show.

Gym more crowded than yesterday!!!!!!! Unreal!!! Had to stand around for 10-15 minutes and wait for anything to open up ![]() Forced to improvise like a mofo!!! Finally a (the) squat rack opened up.... Squats bar/15, bar/15, 135/10(3 second pause), 135/10, 225/5(3 second pause on last rep), 225/5(same), 275/3, 315/3, 315/3 SLDL 135/10, 135/10, 135/10(very slow, strong glute squeeze at lockout) Seated cal raise 3 plates/20, 4plates/20, 5 plates/15, 15 Weighted step ups 2-45s/10, 10, 10 Lying leg raise bw/20, 20, 20 Not the workout I had planned but had to take what the gym would give me. Back started to tighten up during stiff legs, so gonna be a heating pad kinda night.
