seated bhnp @ 32kg 12/12/12 + 2.5kg next workout
BB bench press @ 67kg 12/10/7
BB curls @ 32kg 12/8/6
Dips @ bw 10/6/5/5/4 felt weak on the dips to day.
BB calve raise @ 74.5kg 20/20/20 + 2.5kg or 5kg next workout
crunchies @ bw 35/35/35

calve raise and crunchies were SS.

I feel the curls are taking some strength out of my arms to get the full benefit of the dips might swap them around and see how that goes.Thoughts ??
I would do the dips first.

Bicep exercises always seem to impact my press style movements. Seems like they bother you in the same way.

Haha yup, repping out every week will stall you in a HURRY!! Nice work Lee, just take the progression slowly. It adds up quick over the week, as you have seen

I agree with the "dont rep out" when I first started Hepburn I would do that and I stalled a couple of times...like BTB always says...trust the program.
