31/12/12/ week 2 of the reeves classic

Christmas holidays over now to start where i left off.

squat @ 67kg 12/12/10
BB row @ 67kg 12/10/8
seated bhnp @ 32kg 12/12/8
bench press @ 67kg 12/8/8
BB curls @ 32kg 10/10/6
Dips @ bw 10/8/6/4/4
BB calf raise @ 67.5kg 20/20/15

Done in 75 Min's inc warm ups and plate changes.

1min between sets , 2min between exercises.

thanks,after reading all of GL notes and his breakdown of this routine and a bit of advice from cleeper i think it is wise to do as written.

It is my favorite routine but due to riding a bost now a week on week off I don't have the equipment to run it as needed. I now do a split routine as it allows me to do heavy weight low reps the week I'm home and lighter weight with more volume the week on a boat.
That's the only reason I'm doing a split.
