some cardio steady state skipping - 20mins week 1 reeves classic 21/12/12 squat @ 67kg 10/10/8 deadlift @ 67kg - 5 @ 87kg - 5 @ 107kg - 5 seated bhnp @ 32kg 10/10/8 benchpress @ 67kg 10/10/8 bb curls @ 32kg 10/8/8 Dips @ bw 8/8/6/4/4 bb calf raise 72kg 20/20/20 crunchies 50/20/20 notes droped a bit more weight off the squat i feel i will stall a lot earlier if i dident. deadlifts done reg park style. |

This looks like a solid mass building routine. How long does it take you to complete it? I can see my self doing this for 12 weeks before switching to a body split.

really no need to stop doing this routine in 12 weeks. Run it as long as your doing good on it and its working. You really dont need a split to get big!
