This looks like a solid mass building routine. How long does it take you to complete it? I can see my self doing this for 12 weeks before switching to a body split.

really no need to stop doing this routine in 12 weeks. Run it as long as your doing good on it and its working. You really dont need a split to get big!

about 70mins keeping rest to 1min between sets and 2 between exercises thats including plate changes.
