Nice work yet again Lee. These are punishing looking sessions. Are you feeling wrecked or has your body adjusted to the workload and pace? Also, 3-3.5 inch gain in your arms in a year = Apparently, 16 inch+ arms are very impressive. I wouldn't know since I don't have them!

Default Reeves classic in a/b format.

Have been thinking of 4 day upper/lower but time and situation wont allow it, so going to do the reeves in a A/B style so could be done 2-3 days a week.

A
squat
bench press
rows
dips
abs

B
squat
ohp
deadlift
curls
calve raise

I like the look of it, could put some pullups in there but i think it looks ok.

THOUGHTS ??

Looks pretty good to me in all honesty. No fluff exercises in there, all bases covered and all the main exercises catered for. You're also slightly cutting down on your present volume so you should do well on this program.

But we'll wait for the guys who know their stuff to comment first
