squat @ 92kg 10/8/8 = 26 + 2.5kg bb row @ 72kg 10/9/7 = 26 + 2.5kg standing btnp 44.5kg 10/9/6 = 25 + 2.5kg db row @ 40kg 20/20 + 2.5kg bb bench press @ 74.5kg 10/10/7 =27 + 2.5kg bb curl @ 34.5kg 10/7/6 = 23 dips @ bw 13/9/6 = 28 bb calve raise 124.5kg 12/16/15 = 43 + 2.5kg total time 70mins, 1min between sets, rest between exercises is the time it takes to change plates. The adjustments made for anyone who gives a sh#t are 1) rep goal instead of set reps. 2) 1 x 20rep db rows, each arm. 3) 3 x dips @ bw for max reps or weighted. |

starting stats 1+ year ago
bw @ 76.8kg / 169 lbs @ 5'6 chest = 38inch waist = 33inch right arm = 12 inch left arm = 12 inch right thigh = 22 inch approx left thigh = 22 half inch approx right calf = 12 inch approx left calf = 12 inch approx stats taken this morning morning bw with no clothes on and empty stomach bw @ 92kg / 202lbs not lean, lol. chest = 44 and half inches. waist = 41 inch but i can wear 36inch jeans with a belt. right arm = 15 and half inches left arm = 15 inches right thigh = 25inch left thigh = 24 and half inches right calf = 15 and half inches left calf = 16 inch neck = 15 and half inches right wrist = 7 inch left wrist = 7 inch forarms = 12 inch i have a in balance between my left and right arm, going to switch to DB curls. left and right thigh, don't know what to do here. left and right calf, i had a accident a long time ago and broke my heal and had my foot in plaster and was on crutches for almost a year which resulting in a fair bit of muscle lost in my right leg and calf.
