Rep range can have a little freedom. The 8-12 is great for both building muscle and burning fat but im sure going 6-10 won't be a problem. The thing is when you really find your working weight you will only get one more rep each work session. When you get to the upper end of the reps (12) you will be so glad to go back to 8 even though you have to add weight.

week 1 reeves classic
19/12/12 squat @ 72kg 8/8/8 bb row @ 67kg 8/8/8 seated bhnp @ 32kg 8/8/8 benchpress @ 67kg 8/8/8 bb curls @ 32kg 8/8/8 Dips @ bw 10/7/5/4/4 bb calve raise @ 72kg 15/20/20 crunchies 20/20/20 rest times = 1min between sets,2-3 mins between exercises. Done as written this time. Kept things light and dumped a bit of weight off the squat and kept things at 8reps to start and manged to finish the programe. |
