I ran this routine 2 different times for over 20 weeks each and it's truly one of the best routines for gettin in shape. Adding muscle while burning fat with this routine is not hard to do.
yep you are right i will do it has it is written, what about the rep range should i do it as 8-12 as written??

Rep range can have a little freedom. The 8-12 is great for both building muscle and burning fat but im sure going 6-10 won't be a problem. The thing is when you really find your working weight you will only get one more rep each work session. When you get to the upper end of the reps (12) you will be so glad to go back to 8 even though you have to add weight.
