deadlift @ 87kg x 5
@ 107kg x 5
@ 142kg x 5 + 5kg next friday
standing bhnp @ 39.5kg 7/7/7
bb bench press @ 69.5kg 7/7/7
bb curls @ 32kg 7/7/7
dips @ bw 10/10/8/6/6 = 40

couldent be assed to do calves and abs.

That's how I feel most days. All that minor stuff almost needs it's own day.

thanks steve, yeah i am with you on the minor stuff thinking about just dropping calves and abs and just working them when ever i feel like it.

ha, no not yet mate she has been given a adjuction which only allows her to have 2 visitor's during 8am - 8pm and no visitor's at all after 8pm if she breaks the adjuction she will be arrested and a eviction, she has already broke the adjuction and was arrested on Friday night there was 10 people in her flat she also attacked the arresting copper, any hows she was arrested and she has also lost her baby to social services, i am hoping there will be a eviction to get rid of them.
