squat @ 82kg 10/10/10 + 5kg next workout bb row @ 69.5kg 6/6/6 standing bhnp @ 39.5kg 6/6/6 bb bench press @ 69.5kg 6/6/6 bb curls @ 32kg 6/6/6 dips @ bw 10/10/7/6/6 = 39 bb standing calve raise @ 124.5kg 16/16/16 i have droped the 8-12 reps for 6-10 reps. |
