Interesting timeline you got there. Love the pictures. I used to do Rev War re-enactments and was in a scottish unit, so I admire the kilt and sword. ![]() I'm on cholesterol medication so I hear you on balancing the meds and lifting, weight loss, muscle gain, etc. I keep my doctor informed and try to eat right as much as possible if that helps any. I just moved from Maryland. Weird coincidence. Good luck with your goals. Nice workou......., I mean training session! ![]() Oh yeah, post that FB video from Poundstone if you would. Places I want/need to take a week vacation at:
1. Birmingham, AL 2. Olympia, Washington 3. Appleton, Wisconsin 4. Aiken, South Carolina 5. Hebron, Ohio 6. Jacksonville, Texas 7. Herculaneum, Missouri 8. Waterbury, Connecticut Why so many places & Why is it all over the place? Simple. These places are where 8 people live that I want to train with and have them kick my ass in regards to fitness. The list will probably grow with the people I meet here on MAB. |

This is what I did. Chad Rinaldi-Alt did a hell'a'va lot more then me and OWNED. Mad props to ya man....fricken beast. Yes I know I did way more than what the 5-3-1 Method calls for....but I make exceptions when I'm gonna be training with beasts that are WAY MORE BAD ASS than me. — with Chad Rinaldi-Alt.

Good work - I have to say my time in the Army was great for my fitness- went in about 130 came out at 180 ish in great shape. It was after the Army that I got lazy and weak.

2012.12.16 5/3/1 TWEAKED
Changed some supporting exercises around and add a few. MONDAY: The Incline BB and the Close Grip are switched out weekly. Only perform one or the other. TUESDAY: The Leg Press and Hack Squat are switched out weekly. Only perform one or the other. Props to BtB on the tweaking!!
