Think elite is referring to your earlier post where you said your bf (bodyfat) was 17%, which it really isn't. Keep working hard, your progressing and improving, good job!

OVERALL: I didn't "FEEL" any of this...I just wasn't in the game. STATIC DIP: I fail on lowering & go thru the bars to the ground. Also now my right front shoulder around the socket hurts. REVERSE FLY: I misread the traingin sheet. I was not suppose to do this.

Those calculations are not mine. I log my training numbers on a website. THAT website then uses what ever calculation system they use to "project" what my 1RM would be based on the volume of work for any given exercise.

It has a forum but I don't use it. I use it cause it has a mobile app for my phone so that I can log or see what my workout in case I don't have my log book or whatever.
