In you are unable to flower your knees or keep them open to hit depth then the stance is too wide in my opinion. I know we might sound like a pain in the ass, but these small adjustments will come together sooner or later.

No. I wanted to, but since I'm the 'NEW GUY,' I didn't want to seem too neurotic about videoing my squats....esp since the focus was on form and I was getting on site spot corrections. I will aim to next time.

Exercise : Barbell Bench Press
- Note : I found out that I have some.form.issues on bench press. I need to keep my fingers wrapped. I need to keep elbows in tight. Exercise : Bench Dip - Note : I need to work on form for dips. Exercise : Chin Up - Note : Both reps/sets were negatives. Jumped up and held position and slowly lowered body.
