I have been an Intermittent Faster for about 8 months now. I was 198 lbs when I began following the Leangains protocol in March, and I have been holding steady at 165-167 lbs for several months now. I have been using Reverse Pyramid Training for about 19 weeks. I am currently nursing a strained deltoid (I assume I strained it. Dr.? What's that?). It is feeling better each week, which is amazing considering the fact that I still push super hard with it, lol, I am a bit hard headed.

Fasted Training: 10g BCAAs Standing Military Press 3-5; 5-7; 7-9 RPT Warm Up 55 x 5 85 x 3 ... +5 lbs 115 x 2 ... +5 lbs Working Sets 140 x 4 ... +5 lbs 130 x 6 ... +5 lbs 115 x 9 ... +1 Incline Bench Press 5 x 5 165 x 5 x 4; 165 x 9 ... +5 lbs Standing Military Press 5 x 10 85 x 10 x 4; 85 x 9 ... +5 lbs Incline Bench Press 5 x 10 100 x 10 x 4; 100 x 15 ... +5 lbs Deltoid still hurts. It felt really good last week, until I squatted. Squat position wreaks a bit of havoc on it. Thank you, come again

Deadlift RPT: 1-3; 3-5; 5-7 All sets RAW, u/o & o/u, working sets w/chalk Warm Up 155 x 5 225 x 3 315 x 2 Working Sets 385 x 3 350 x 5 335 x 7 Weighted Chin Up RPT: 3-5; 5-7; 7-9 BW+50.0 x 4 ... +2.5 lbs BW+35.0 x 6 BW x 9 ... +1 T-Bar Row 3 x 8 ... With "V" attachment, first time doing these 135 (160 w/bar) x 8 x 3 Front Squat 3 x 8 ... Only ever tried these once before 155 x 8 135 x 8 145 x 8 BB Curl 3 x 10 85 x 8 ... +5 lbs 75 x 9 ... +5 lbs 55 x 10 ... +5 lbs Ab Wheel Roll-Out 3 x 10 On Knees x 10 x 3 Good day today. Last time I pulled 385, Nov 13, I had that plucked guitar string feeling on the 3rd rep, today felt good. I received my "V" attachment yesterday, so I was able to do T-Bar Rows today. Gonna start doing front squats on deadlift day and see how I like them. Struggled keeping the bar on my shoulders for the first set, so I dropped way back for the 2nd. Last set felt good, I will have to think about what weight to go with next week. The way my delt felt yesterday after the beating I put it through, I am amazed that today it hardly hurts at all, that is unless I really push the limits of the R O M. Rest day tomorrow.
