My Quest to be a Class II Lifter
New Goals...New Log !!
After completing my "Quest to become a Class IV lifter", I am only 16.5 lbs away from Class III Status....SOOOOOO...lets just skip right over Class III, and shoot for Class II. Goals (165 ln weight class) Squat - 325 Bench - 258 Dead - 387 Total - 908 I will start using "Real Results - Pull, Squat, Press, Fullbody Workout" (although I will NOT rule out a return to the "Hepburn Method" in the future) |
Cool a new log!!! Going to start a new one myself shortly. Are you bulking, or what do you weigh, if you don't mind me asking?

I agree with mike, it seriously is addictive! Doing my first powerlifting meet got me hooked for life lol!

Day #1

Firts time with DB Rows, need to up the weight First time trying dips. Think I did OK. Middle back, traps, shoulders, and inside of thighs felt it the next day!! |

Man that's gotta be pretty rough hitting deads and squats heavy in the same session! Nice start to the new routine :)
