Wednesday 3-20-13
Power cycle, Week 2, Day 3 Heavy Deads:SUMO's 135 x 5 185 x 4 205 x 3 225 x 2 245 x 1 255 x 1 265 x 1 270 x 0 (Fail) 270 x 1 (Sweet) 275 x 0 (Fail 2 times) 270, that's 90% of my 1RM conventional, not bad for 4 time doing Sumo's. I was pretty happy.....275 would have made me happier, but I will get that next week! Squats: 95 x 5 135 x 4 175 x 3 185 x 3 185 x 3 185 x 3 Bench: 95 x 5 135 x 4 155 x 3 165 x 3 165 x 3 165 x 3 165 x 3 9/10 Great WO, I was real happy with the deads. I like working out at home, there are a lot of advantages. BUT, I can see where working out in a gym has advantages also. But then again, maybe its just the "newness" of it.
