Not as far as anyone knows...coincidentally, my WO partner USUALLY dresses as a girl on Halloween also...to try and beat me out of the best costume award...he had FAILED evey time....(Should I be bringing that up?)

3/10 W/O started TERRIBLE, I could not lift squat (pun intended) I was super pissed off. Luckily my son was there to talk some sence into me. Get me to calm dowm, and start over and have a decent W/O in the end.

I just listed the "post pep talk" results, I will not embarrass myself by listing what I lifted before my son came to the rescue!
