I think that's probably a good thing, meaning that you didn't start too hard, too quickly. Let me know what you think once things are in PR territory. As long as progression is coming, it's all good.

Little tougher tonight, I upped the deads 22 lbs (10Kg)
So far Mr Hip Pain has not shown his ugly head...closer stance seems to really be helping

I am sure it will become more challenging as the weeks/months fly by. Fullbody routines can get real tough real fast.

So am I, currently doing some reading by Rip, hopeing to get some pointers on my squat form.
As far as the Dips...they are tough, cant believe I never utilized them before....probably because I couldn't do a one!

Im sure it will as I get the weight amounts dialed in, went through the same thing when I started Hepburn....
