I think it's a good thing to step out of the comfort zone on occasion. Doing so has definitely helped me prepare for things like meets.

Mondayday 3-4-13
Week 3 Day 1 Deads: 205 x5x5x5x5x5...up 15 lbs Bench: 150 x6x6x6x6x6x6.....up 5 lbs Squat: 175 x5x5x5x5x5.....up 10 lbs Rating 9/10 Great workout, went up on everything. Deads felt light...... Bench looked iffy after first set, but decided to get my head out of my a$$ and get it done, next 5 sets, hard but got em. Squats let me know right away I added 10 instead of 5, but again, got em done. Wednesday is Crush day!!

It's interesting how the order of lifts is the opposite of what would be at a meet.
Can't ask for any more than solid progression! Nice to see the effort put into it as well.
