Just realized I missed posting Friday..so here is two for Tuesday!!
Friday 2-22-13 week 1, day 3 Deads: 185 x5x5x5x5x5 Bench: 140 x6x6x6x6x6x6 Squat: 155 x5x5x5x5x5 Rating 9/10 Week one in the books Monday 2-25-13 Week 2, Day 1 Deads: 190 x5x5x5x5x5 Bench: 145 x6x6x6x6x6x6 Squat: 165 x5x5x5x5x5 Upped all weights, still feel great. Actually worked up a sweat, W/O partner and I decided, the only rest you get between sets is while the other guy lifts, as soon as he is done, you are up! EVERYONE... I know I am not around as much lately, my second job has gone from "part time" to almost a 2nd "full time", between the 2, over 70 hours a week. I have worked everyday, 7 days a week since early December with Christmas being the only day off I have had. The only time I am not working or sleeping is Mon, Wed, and Fri PM...told job number 2, cant work M-W-F PM.... I workout those days....NON-NEGOTIABLE!! Anyway, I go on vacation in 3 weeks, When I get back, I am cutting back on working. Until then, I appreciate all your words of encouragement on my log, and please remember, just because I am commenting on everyone else's log, don't think I am not reading them!! Marvin
