Friday 2-15-13
Deads: 175 x5x5x5x5x5 Bench: 140 x6x6x6x6x6x6 Squat: 145 x5x5x5x5x5 Felt GREAT!!, No pain at all during the lifts, after the lifts....AND nothing the next day...not even a tiny bit. I even did a couple deads with 225, just to see..... OK, so starting Monday, 3x3 W/O for 8 week cycle Starting Maxes are: Deads...302 Bench...220 Squat...255 so starting weights will be: deads...185 x5x5x5x5x5 Bench...145 x6x6x6x6x6x6 Squat...155 x5x5x5x5x5 and if it works after the 8 weeks...I will run it again!! THANKS FOR ALL THE WORDS OF ENCOURAGEMENT EVERYONE, IT REALLY DOES HELP!!!!

Monday 2-18-13
Week 1, Day 1 Deads: 185 x5x5x5x5x5 Bench: 140 x6x6x6x6x6x6 Squat: 155 x5x5x5x5x5 Curls = 0 Rating 9 SWEET!! Back on track! Finally able to start 3X3 with no restrictions.....and thankfully no more curls, I am OFF the "Bro workout" Back on Powerlifting where I belong!! The crushing starts NOW!!!!!!
