Friday 2-15-13

Deads:
175 x5x5x5x5x5

Bench:
140 x6x6x6x6x6x6

Squat:
145 x5x5x5x5x5

Felt GREAT!!, No pain at all during the lifts, after the lifts....AND nothing the next day...not even a tiny bit.

I even did a couple deads with 225, just to see.....

OK, so starting Monday, 3x3 W/O for 8 week cycle

Starting Maxes are:
Deads...302
Bench...220
Squat...255

so starting weights will be:
deads...185 x5x5x5x5x5
Bench...145 x6x6x6x6x6x6
Squat...155 x5x5x5x5x5

and if it works after the 8 weeks...I will run it again!!

SWEET!! Back on track! Finally able to start 3X3 with no restrictions.....and thankfully no more curls, I am OFF the "Bro workout"
Back on Powerlifting where I belong!!

i love seeing the strong little guy's! are you still rockin the 165's? i myself did my first meet in 2010 at 165 and always found myself shootin for the same #'s as the 181's and 198's. Keep SFW!
