Monday 2-11-13

Deads 125 x5x5x5x5x5

Squats 125 x5x5x5x5x5

Bench 140 x6x6x6x6x6x6

Back felt great during the lifting. As you all know, I have lost a lot of weight, it was hard and took a lot of willpower, also takes a lot of willpower to keep it off. BUT nothing compared to the willpower it took for me not to load another 50 lbs on the bar and dead some more...MAN that was tough!

Today, some lower back soreness, but agin feels more like the "bad mattress" soreness I get every day.

Plan for this week:

Add some more weight on Wed and Friday, see how it goes, hopefully be able to jump into 3X3 starting next Monday. Hoping 4 weeks with lighter weights will get me back in the groove for the second 4 weeks when the heavier weights start!

Man that sux on still owing that much on the craptastic mattress set Well over a year on the sleep number bed and going strong!

Keep it slow easing back into the weights! A little patience now will pay bonus points down the road
