mil press: 115 x 3x3x3x3x3x3....up next time

Pendlay Rows: 120 x8x8x8...up next time
Kirk Rows: 115 x8x8x8....up next time
Mil Press (Reps) 90 x10x10x7 = 27...up next time

rating 9/10

Super fired up over grand opening of the home gym. PLUS no hip pain last week or tonight. I backed off from 225 to 200, then 205 tonight, I will add 5 lbs each week as long as the pain stays away. Super strict, 100% head in the game from the second I lift the bar until I rack it.

Triples are my favorite, so I of course loved the squatting and pressing. Good to also see alot of "up next time's". Couldn't have asked for a better way to end the year.
