Don't really have a leg cycle, I've just been following workouts that Dan Saxton sends me along with his diet plan he set up for me and what not. But 1 more weeks of the high reps, then its time to train for powerlifting

Purchased my own 1500 lb. Power Bar online for $240. Tired of training squats and deadlifts with a regular bar! Should be here within the next week just intime for when I start training for my powerlifting meet!
