Haha thanks Mike! I feel pretty confident in 300 right now, but 315 might be a stretch Of course these are TNG, not paused.

300 is a good short term goal for you Ben! 315 in '13 is an attainable goal for you

Felt really good through 4 reps, 5th rep form broke down pretty badly so I ended the set. Depth was good. Think I lost focus more than anything else. Unhappy with my performance, but as long as I am hitting prescribed or more, I am not going to panic!

BBB Squat
185 x 8, 7, 6, 5, 5
Pretty pathetic here. Think next week I will drop the weight a bit so I can at least get 5 sets of 8!

Seated leg curl
130 x 10 x 3 +10lbs

Standing BB calf raise (dead grip)
225 x 15 x 3

Based on the pain in my quads and hams Saturday and today, I think I got some good work done. It's a bit embarrassing but eventually my strength on squats has got to go up! Onward and upward haha!

That 280 shouldn't be embarrassing Rich as none of your lifts are. It is simply a stepping stone to your goal. The last rep on the money set is just a little blip on the radar. Just think if you had done the PC's first you may have not even got what you did on squats.

A new OHP PR tomorrow will for sure help you forget about your troubles today!
