Whoa! Now I want a Bench Daddy! Good stuff, KD! By the time you get back to benching, you'll be hitting that 275 for 10 without probably.
btw, do you press the DBs like a barbell? That used to aggravate my bad shoulder some. Once I started doing Arnolds instead, or even neutral grip presses, I had no shoulder issues with pressing DBs. Just a thought. Keep crushing.

As with Chad, very interested to see how the slingshot/ram/bench daddy thingamijiggy transfers to your raw bench. Wondering if it will be similar to board pressing as well.

Week 2 2-Lower
40 minutes Back squats 235 x 5 x 5 +10lbs RDL 235 x 8 x 4 +10lbs Planks BW x 60 seconds x 3 (yawning) Seated calf raise 3 plates x 12 x 3 +6 reps Leg extensions 130 x 10 x 3 +10lbs Cardio Ain't nobody got time fo dat! Numbers look good with increases on weight and reps, but boy did I have a terrible attitude. Absolutely did not want to be there last night. Pretty much went through the motions bro! |
