Sucks about the shoulders. Be patient you'll be way ahead in the long run. Switch your focus to the lower body your shoulder will be back up to speed soon.

I look at it this way; If you seldomly push your limits you likely have very few injuries.
I had one of those a few years ago took longer than it should of to fully recover from, I kept trying to train too soon.

Shoulder should come around in about 2 months if all goes well. In the meantime I'll catch up on my endurance training. It is getting close to mankini season anyway lol
