60 minutes Overhead Press Day Strict Military Press Training Max - 205 Warmup 85 (40%) x 5 105 (50%) x 5 125 (60%) x 3 Weight (Goal) Actual Working sets 135 (5) 5 155 (5) 5 175 (3x3) 3, 2+1PP, 1+2PP Most likely will test my 1RM week 3 and reset to 90% of that for my training max starting cycle 11. AMAP Standing BTNP 145 x 9, 8, 6 +2 reps Single arm DB rows 60 x 10e 80 x 10e 100 x 11e +1, strapped Chins (SS beginning with BTNP) BW x 12, 10, 7, 6, 6, 6 = 46 -3 reps but also -1 set so would have had over 50 Cable side laterals 20 x 8 x 3 each side Cardio 20 minutes LISS elliptical |

Good call on the retest Rich. 175 sure is a helluva lot of weight to put over ones head.
With that said, it would be pretty cool to be able to strict press 225 someday. I think you have a legit shot at it.
