60 minutes Power cleans warmup 45 x 5 135 x 5 165 x 3 185 x 2 195 x 1 205 x 0 , 1Feeling heavy by 185 so was happy to hit 205 on the second try. Squat Day Training Max - 325 Back Squat Warmup 45 x 10 135 (40%) x 5 165 (50%) x 5 195 (60%) x 3 Weight (Goal) Actual 245 (5) 5 275 (3) 3 310 (1x5) 1 x 5 Second rep at 310 I got down in the hole, and for a split second, the thought went through my head I can't get out and am going to have to dump it!! But I powered through and got the rep lol. Stupid mind games lol! AMAP Squat 200 x 10, 10, 9 +5 reps 45 degree leg press calf raise 3pps x 18, 15, 15 Cardio 20 minutes LISS elliptical |

Great session. Strong cleans, despite the hiccup. I am convinced 75% of squating is all in the head. Great work!
