Second rep at 310 I got down in the hole, and for a split second, the thought went through my head I can't get out and am going to have to dump it!! But I powered through and got the rep lol. Stupid mind games lol!

Great session. Strong cleans, despite the hiccup. I am convinced 75% of squating is all in the head. Great work!

Thanks Josh! I feel like my upper body was a little fatigued from heavy bench the day before causing my PC miss! Haven't missed one of those in a long time!
