3/2/1 Cycle 9 Week 3 Day 1
60 minutes Overhead Press Day Strict Military Press Training Max - 200 Warmup 85 (40%) x 5 100 (50%) x 5 120 (60%) x 3 Weight (Goal) Actual Working sets 150 (5) 3 170 (3) 3 190 (1x5) 1, 1, PP, PP, PP The strict 190 is a PR! Both were grinders. The last PP I actually failed on the initial push, but sucked it up and went for it again and got it! AMAP Standing BTNP 145 x 8, 7, 6 +5lbs Single arm DB rows 60 x 10e 80 x 10e 100 x 10e, strapped Started SS BW chins in between my BTNP sets, so I think that is why I lost 5 reps on the top set here. Chins BW x 10, 8, 7, 7, 6, 6, 5 = 49 DB side laterals 15 x 12 x 3 Cardio 20 minutes LISS elliptical |
