Thanks Nick! The liquid chalk works great! I can't compare it to normal powdered chalk, but it works for me. Jim also uses it and swears by it

Lot's of traveling in the new job?

Thanks Moe! I was whining about the weights feeling so heavy. But, based off my lack of great progress on deads over the past year, maybe this is the type of effort it is going to take to get the bar moving in the right direction

All I can say is that us relics have to keep chipping away at that wall, like a prisoner would with a makeshift knife, and have faith we will eventually make a break thru. By my calculations, I should have a 5PPS pull sometime in 2018. Hopefully you will have yours sooner. Perserverance baby!!

Thanks Steve! Now I am just a bit concerned with next weeks work. Plan is for 5 singles at 410 I may have to strap up for that! (and put on my big boy britches).

Thanks Rich - what size bottle do you purchase and how long does it usually last.

Yeah, I'll be a travel consultant starting in July so that means I'll be flying out every Sunday night and returning every Thursday night - needless to say bringing chalk on the plane won't go over very well lol

I use this stuff. I've had it for a couple of months now. I would guess it will last a good year, or close to it.
