Second rep on first money set was a grinder! Decided to belt up. What a difference! Second and third sets went well. Had to PP the last rep. Still felt like it was good work!
Strong!

Keep hard at it. Doing great.

Thanks Steve! So far I am liking the extra volume, although it is tougher than I was anticipating

I prefer standing. It works my core really well, and I find it much easier to unrack and get into position. Tried seated and just didn't like it!

Default Wendler's 531, kinda

3/2/1 Cycle 9 Week 2 Day 2
60 minutes

Deadlift Day
all lifts raw double over unless noted

Training Max - 430

Warmup
135 x 5
175 (40%) x 5
215 (50%) x 5
260 (60%) x 3

Weight (Goal) Actual

300 (3) 3
345 (3) 3
385 (2x4) 2x4 O/U w/liquid chalk
Top sets still felt heavier than they should. That last set was a bi$h!!! Thought going in I would hit a single or two at 4pps, but I definitely did not need the extra work!

AMAP Front squats
135 x 10 x 3 +6 reps
These felt better than last week. Will go up 10lbs next week.

RDL
255 x 5 x 3 +10lbs

Kneeling cable crunch
190 x 15 x 2

Cardio
20 minutes LISS elliptical

Workouts are looking strong - how do you like liquid chalk??
When I begin my new job as a travel consultant I'm trying to figure out a way to transport chalk but a powder probably wouldn't make it through security lol
