3/2/1 Cycle 9 Week 2 Day 1
65 minutes Overhead Press Day Strict Military Press Training Max - 200 Warmup 85 (40%) x 5 100 (50%) x 5 120 (60%) x 3 Weight (Goal) Actual Working sets 140 (3) 3 160 (3) 3 180 (2x4) 2, 2, 2, 1+1PP Second rep on first money set was a grinder! Decided to belt up. What a difference! Second and third sets went well. Had to PP the last rep. Still felt like it was good work! AMAP Standing BTNP 140 x 11, 9, 8 +5lbs Single arm DB rows 60 x 10e 80 x 10e 100 x 15e, strapped Chins BW+50 x 5 -1 BW+40 x 4 -1 BW+30 x 4 -1 BW+5 x 6, 6 This kinda sucked losing those reps, but pretty sure it was the DB rows so I'm ok with it. DB side laterals 15 x 12 x 3 Cardio 20 minutes LISS elliptical |
