And for that matter, practice cues. I drilled them into my head for my first meet and it still went down like this:
Squat 1 - Too easy and the bar flew off my back, causing me to fall forward, reds Squat 2 - Up the weight, smoke it, get eager and rack before rack command, more reds. Squat 3 - Up the weight again, have everyone scream at me to wait. Finally get whites. Practice, practice, PRACTICE! EDIT: Spelling lol Last edited by Paradox; 01-20-2013 at 11:14 AM. |
